On a chilly spring morning – sets needing you to:

a. Keep your head still with chin on surface,

b. know your times on all 5 x 300s, and descend/get faster in odd ones.

c. dive in carefully from deep end edge, not blocks.


Group time 6-7:10am. Regular open swim times remain consistent 6-8a and 11a-1p.
