This year’s pool portion is sanctioned by USMS (sanction #134-S007) and we’ve added the 500 Freestyle to the event list.
In the afternoon, in lieu of our usual open water competition, we will have a fantastic All-Comers Lake Practice, with a potluck and /or BBQ following the workout! This is not a competition, and we do not have a sanction from USMS, but you will still need to be a member of USMS, or sign a 30-day waiver. All training equipment is welcome at the lake practice:)
