If y0u’re bringing a guest, or have invited someone along to lake or pool, please make sure they sign the waiver for USMS, provide an emergency contact # and collect the drop in fee of $10 before the swim begins. We need everyone’s help with that bit of housekeeping.
Monday, July 4th, at the Jewish Community Center from 6:30am-8:30am. Remainder of week at regular 5:45am time. There may be a guest coach on Thu or Fri, but that is tbd.
