I hope everyone is having a fantastic Fourth of July somewhere fun!
Friday, July 5th I will be coaching at Asheville School 5:45 AM to 7 AM, then wave two from 7-8 AM is open swim with me in the water. If you want to delay your arrival and just swim with no coach on deck come on out at 7am!
***Saturday is Biltmore Lake 7-9 AM, come on out and enjoy something spectacular every week.
Bring a friend and a $10 drop in fee, and enjoy fantastic mountain scenery in the open water.
***Sunday is at JCC – Jewish Community Center, since it’s the first Sunday of the month. 7 to 9 AM, there is a door attendant, no code will work. Be sweet!
