Congratulations to several folks doing epic stuff recently!
Butterfly specialist Adrienne Kramer slayed her most recent open water event of the year-the 5 mile open ocean Coral Reef Swim in St. Croix!
Lisa Kiebzak reports Adrienne and others had high winds 15 to 25 mph, whitecaps and major chop, with air and water temperatures in the 80s and sunshine.
All in all a good time was had by ALL!
Our lane mate Trevor Downing was busy winning his age-group while crushing the Edisto Island Half-Ironman in South Carolina this past weekend!
Congratulations Trevor!!
And just a little while ago (September !) our other lane mate Brian Combs raced a personal best in the Augusta (Georgia) Half-Ironman
And finally -for the moment – our friend and team mate Amy Cocanour has wrapped up her rowing and triathlon season with a list of events that makes regular folk’s head spin, with a win at the Head of the South Regatta in Augusta! Congratulations Amy!!
