The carpet at the Asheville School pool has been replaced and there is zero smell from it and there is a club practice going on right now🌞
Sunday, New Year’s Eve- Two options:
A. Asheville School pool 6:00am – 9:00am we will offer a longer yardage option using the college championship format to swim every event and distance competed. Please bring water, coffee, and or other beverage of your choice so you can finish strong. Perhaps a banana or Clif bar / similar so you can take a bite if needed. Those little things go a long way and helping you maintain better performance during a longer workout.
B. POLAR PLUNGE- 12noon in Lake Lure neighborhood of Riverbend at their beach at Hickory Nut pond mapped here! Water temperature in small pond was 50° this past weekend. Please text Andrew if attending as head count for gate attendant at Riverbend is necessary. 45-60 minute drive from AVL, and I’ll see you there🐻❄️🦞!
