We had a great turnout New Year’s Eve morning for our longer swim. Not exactly sure how many folks finish the full 7000 -yards but it was more than a handful! Well done.
Emily and I met up with friends Carolyn and Tom near Lake Lure at Hickory Nut Lake for a little cold plunge…
