A huge congratulations to Misty Varnell and Adrienne Kramer who were the overall winners for the women’s category in the ‘short’ race at the SwimRunKnox event put on by Personal Best Racing series!
This many legged event utilized both greenways and single track trails, swimming in Mead’s Quarry and traversing down the Tennessee River! Click video below to see them swimming in the quarry!

Their time was good enough for the women’s category win AND it would’ve been third in the men’s category and fifth in the overall team competition!
