Last week, Roslyn Clapp, Amy Cocanour and Spencer Cocanour all participated in the annual Asheville Triathlon and mostly crushed their respective fields!
Both members of Team Cocanour won their age groups, with Spence coming fifth overall, and Roslyn was second in her age group! ๏ฟผ

Tomorrow I’ll be there with a workout in hand at 11 o’clock at the Rec Park pool on Gashes Creek Road, the Club will cover the three dollar entry fee as long as you’re in good standing, please sign in and meet me at the shallow end for a little long course!
