Labor Day, re-cap of Open Water events coming up, Swim Treks and Training Swims
We swim at our regular time of 5:45-7:15am on Labor Day Monday, as Asheville School has a regular schedule!
Many of our friends and lane mates have been putting in serious mileage training for open water events and swimming in far away places!
First up, Kathy R. was recently in Turkey on a Swim Trek adventure called “Hellespont and Dardanelles: THE WORLD’S OLDEST SWIM” ! Looks like a lot of fun! Congratulations Kathy!

Local lakes have been getting lots of repeat visits from this crew…
