Big Wednesday on New Year’s Day !

5:45 AM to 9 AM tomorrow with our special New Year’s Day long swim, we’ll have at least 7000 yards worth of work out for you.

**Please bring liquid for your own hydration and I highly recommend a cliff bar or banana or something that works for you!

Of course, you are on your own in terms of how much yardage you swim. Warm up gently and ease into it, stay for as short or as long as you’d like.
