For many years Jay Mahler has celebrated his birthday week swimming a workout 100 times his age!
Earlier this month Jay and kind and willing workout companion Misty Varnell kept up the annual tradition and completed 7800 yards in a little over 2 1/2 hours!

With this workout Jay provided they worked through 78 x 100s in batches of one through nine and back down again, they kept moving and shaking and fueling to get themselves there.

Necessary and regular refueling throughout the day- and naps – are the likely result of a morning spent like this. Well done, congratulations, and happy birthday!
