This summer if you have a picture that you’ve taken of someone you know swimming in open water, or someone takes a picture of you swimming in open water, and it’s really cool please send it along and I’ll try to post them!
Here is Marie Henderson’s capture of Misty Varnell yesterday at Lake James where she and Adrienne swam three hours and Jen Baker swim two hours in 85° water…that’s hot.
Gotta stay hydrated and know your body to be able to do that, stay cool out there.
