Beginning yesterday, we started a 9+ week push to our New Year’s Day swim, which will include 10,000-yards this year!
The goal was 6000 yards yesterday so we wrote a little more on the board and the 6300 yard work out looked like this:

Similar to a marathon run training, we’re gonna build up two weekends and take a third weekend as recovery and build up a couple more and turn it down for one, …and it looks like this:
