Happy Thanksgiving! and schedule reminders!

After each round from this morning’s “last Wednesday of the month dryland infused main set” with Rebecca we offered up something we were grateful and thankful for, and here’s the board she put together with our comments!

End of this week we have our regular Friday, Nov 28 morning 5:45 AM to 7:15 AM swim, and bigger Sunday session from 6:15 AM to 8:45am with an 8000 yard (or best) goal!

The first hour on Sunday will be a straight 60-minute swim with a very easily repeatable pattern that helps keep track of your yardage and it will be a great way to get the bulk of it in first thing.

Also, this may lead to one or two more in the next eight weeks as we first lead up to our New Year’s day Swim of 10,000 yards, and then plan on having a dedicated Sunday for those who want to participate in the USMS postal one-hour challenge in January.

Each swimmer wanting to officially enter the challenge will need to have an official counter taking splits at each 50 yards flip.
