Thursday, January 1! Biggest New Year’s Day yet! 6am – 10am

Here’s your workout for tomorrow morning, four sets each totaling 10,000 yards! Doors will be open by 5:45am.

An average pace of 2:24 per 100 yards will get you there in 4 hours.

If you want to come and try to get your longest swim in please do! We celebrate all personal bests and victories! Comparison to others is the killer of all joy, challenge yourself and only yourself๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ 

Please bring some liquids and a little bit of nibble food, you will need it when you go beyond 90 minutes. If you don’t think you do please consider trying it any way, you will feel better.

If you get there after our start time-which is fine – please join in where your lane IS and plan on circle swimming, or split the lane while you can, but be willing to change back๐ŸŒž๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ 

Here is the work out, and it is already written on the board and we will have it there on the pool deck. If you’d like a personal copy at your lane, please do print one!
