Greg, the Good Doctor, crushed this Sunday set ย which included all events of the college championship format: 6,000-yards, great job Doc! ... Monday's MayDay workout was 4,000-yards and satisfied the speed jones...
Fantastic Fridays!
With a small crowd today, we spread out and used our favorite parachute equipment. Looking ahead, this Sunday we will swim the NCAA championship format event order, ย which is between 6,000-7,000 yards. Very fun. Bring a friend.
