We will have our normal coached session at 5:45 AM tomorrow morning Monday, May 26 and a second session at 7 AM will start and we will have people in the water until 8 AM. See you then.

Graduation happens on Asheville School's campus this weekend. Therefore, we will swim this Saturday May 17th, 6 AM to 8:30 AM instead of our normal time. No swimming this Sunday 18th or Monday 19th.

Come join Jay Mahler as he does his annual birthday swim, this year 7800 yards, and to do that he'll need a little extra time so we're starting at 6 AM and we'll go till 8:30 AM. Come on out have fun. Bring something to drink for sure!
