I'm going to start posting more workouts from the board, after we've done them. Here it is from this morning:

80F is the 6pm report from our trusty PoolGuy at Asheville School. Come on out on Sunday 7-9am for a crankin' aerobic set. Steady as she goes, now...

The Pool Man says Asheville School's heater is down, being repaired Friday, but as of 9:30pm tonight, it's 76F. YOU CAN DO IT! Come on out, swim a bit, then a hot shower. Nothing finer to start off your morning. Almost:) Hugs.
