It’s Ironman season for the triathletes among us and local legend Dr. Greg Pollack has conquered Chattanooga’s event this past Saturday with a 13 hour + effort, and a SCORCHING 47 min opening swim leg. Congratulations, Greg! More info & pics soon.

Water back up to low 70’s at Biltmore Lake. Wetsuit at first, then peeled it off and was fine for a couple more loops.
