COVID Related Announcement! No Sunday Swim and Facility Access Info

Like many adjustments happening nationwide , Asheville School has just closed its campus to outside groups for one month. We are seeking other options, but the best one found so far is the Buncombe County Schools Aquatic Center adjacent to TC Roberson High School.

Beginning this Monday, March 16, for a credit/debit card charge of $5 they will have lap swim from 6 to 8 AM Monday -Wednesday -Friday. They accept no cash and you must pay to enter. I will begin posting workouts the night before, and if you’d like to print your own copy and bring it please do.

We will not have a coach on deck during these sessions because that would incur an additional minimum charge of $136 for just three lanes!

There is just one viable shower in each locker room at this facility, and there is a rinse off shower on the pool deck adjacent to the pool.

More info soon on pools closer to the downtown area, and certainly anyone that’s paid a month or six month pass you will be offered a equal credit for this month we miss at our home pool.
