On this sprint-oriented work-out with plenty of 25s you are welcome to dive-in on your side of the lane in the deep end off the edge, not the block and never in the shallow end.

Always make sure your side of lane is clear. The getting-out is a good addition to your work out because…itโ€™s challenging to do so.
