Nutrition specialist and world class swimmer & coach Claire Maust McDaniel came by to coach today😊🐬🌴🐠We had 19 in the water! Gene K. (r, with friends) won the old guys age group 2.5 miler at Lowcountry Splash Charleston...Congratulations! This was the workout on Sunday at the JCC! Beautiful water temperature, 76° and sunny. Delightful.
