Hooray! You have just been given a SLEEP EXTENSION each Tuesday and Thursday... We are back to the 5:45am slot each weekday.  Saturday's, however, remain a week-to-week thingy. Please check calendar before heading to the pool. Thanks!

Andrew will see y'all Friday morning, For the next two Saturdays we are early, 5a-7am Going forward, until high school swimming season concludes, Tuesday and Thursday will be 5:15a-6:30am. Please check calendar prior to your swims! Thanks:)

Another early swim that needs to be completed by 7am:) Remember, you can still get a great workout in and still show up at 6am...an hour is plenty!
