Wednesday we had a great sprint workout, with 23 swimmers in the water, but mixed emotions prevailed as our rock steady coach, Rebecca Westfall announced that this would be her final workout with us, as she’s taken a new job as assistant swimming coach at Indiana State University! Yay for Coach Rebecca and hubby James! Bummer for us losing such a fun and capable person who has inspired us weekly for the past two years🐬🐙
