Asheville Masters! I love you and I miss you. Being without a pool for a full week, and not by choice is very difficult. I’m sure many of you are feeling very similar.
Coaching this awesome group the last 11 years- and now away from it this past week-(it’s very different than a vacation!), has reinforced how much I love being part of your day/week, and I thank you for allowing me to share your mornings these many years.
I got on my mountain bike yesterday for the first real ride in two years, and felt surprisingly good.

I’m sure we’re all experiencing renewed workout regimes that we don’t often get to as often when we’re swimming regularly.
I will embrace those opportunities as they come, and look forward to hearing what you are doing for your workouts.
If you have a picture you want to share, we’ll post it. If you want to share a particularly fun or challenging work out, I’ll put it on here.
I’ll try to reach out to many of you, and don’t hesitate to reach out on your own. Have a great rest of your Sunday and a fantastic beginning of a new week in our new reality. Much love, Coach Andrew
Miss everyone too – I’m having chlorine withdrawal symptoms! I’m trying to walk as much as possible. Looking at other possibilities too. Hope to see everyone sooner than later! 🏊♀️🏊♂️🖖
Awesome mountain biking! Miss y’all too!
I am missing the water, but still running and biking. This weekend, my sister and I ran the #VirtualRunAVL2020 Asheville Marathon. Just for good measure, we upped it to 27 miles on the trails at Biltmore!
