Asheville Masters had a solid Lake Summit crew this past weekend for open water time. Warming waters were notable. Low 60’s on Thursday and by Sunday up to 65-66F. Won’t likely need wetsuits next weekend!
Becky Barth came to paddle and Misty Varnell, Andrew Pulsifer, Ted Bradley and Jakub Jiracek enjoyed the warmer shallows pre-swim. It didn’t take long to warm up though.
Karen Moore and Amy Cocanour ran – then paddled and swam!
Steve Bradshaw came out Thursday and we had a great time, too.
