Fast or Sprint means FAST.

Descend means each repeat gets faster, then back off and start the desc sequence again. Again. Again.

Ch is choice – any stroke

K is only kick

Dr is drill the stroke

Str is any stroke other than FR (freestyle)

Pb is pull buoy

Pad is hand paddles

Best is whatever you consider your best stroke, FR included.
