Wonderful to catch up with some swimming family yesterday at New Belgium, in the River Arts District, a gorgeous day with some long timers, some less frequent visitors and great friends!
If you’re thinking of swimming at the USMS Short Course Nationals, The dates are now July 21-25 in Greensboro North Carolina-as close as it’s ever going to get! Click on the link above for info.
That makes it about 10 weeks away. Plenty of time for everyone to pick up their game even if they want to go for just one day of events. It’s always a lot of fun, and it’s nice to have a carrot out there as a goal if you want to get into great- or at least better- shape🌞🐬
Please consider, never any pressure to compete but when it is this close we might as well see how many folks we can get there. I will be there coming off of some vacation time!
