We will swim long course at the City of Asheville’s RecPark pool on Monday and Tuesday this week, with Coach Charlie McCanless on deck!
Then, you’ll have an option to swim indoors short course yards on Wednesday OR Friday at TC Roberson High School pool and I’ll post a work out for this time soon.
