Team Cocanour (Amy and Spence) has been busy the last few weeks, with the 2021 Toyota age group national championships in Milwaukee, both placing well in their age group, 31st and 13th, respectively!
This event is limited to the fastest top 10% already! Both won their masters age groups at the mid-July Asheville triathlon which also had Misty Varnell competing.
Amy has been back and forth to scull in Oak Ridge, Tennessee at the US Rowing Masters Championships in two different events recently,
separated by a trip back home to win her age group (7th overall!) at the Lake Lure sprint triathlon!
