Our teammate Misty Varnell will soon be celebrating a milestone birthday and has kindly invited the entire Asheville Masters Swimming group to join her at New Belgium Brewery on their lawn after 6 PM on Friday, March 4! Wowee!!
We hope y’all can make it out and share the love in this awesome social setting. Thank you in advance Misty!
Here is this morning’s workout, which had folks swimming fast and strong. Well done!
