Workouts and Free Breakfast!

Hey Asheville Masters, here are a few workouts y’all have done in the last few days!

This Sunday, after our 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM swim at Asheville School, please join me at Home Ground in West Asheville, free breakfast on me until 10 o’clock!

I am grateful to coach y’all whenever you show up!
