Lots of events and preparation for races happening this month…
While part of team Cocanour is off leading bike tours, the other half, Amy Cocanour is here crushing races. Amy came second in age group and 9th overall at the Lake Logan Multisport Festival.
Next weekend Amy went out and got second place in her age group again at the Lake Lure Sprint triathlon, and was cheered on by her sweet mama!
Congratulations to our very own team dinosaur, Jim Green🐊 went out and won his age group 75-79 in the 800-meter freestyle Long Course (50m pool) at the recent meet sponsored by the Raleigh Area Masters in Cary North Carolina. Well done, Jimmy!
Asheville Masters sends well wishes and speedy healing to our friends and training mates Willie and Dale McCourt as they are recovering from a recent bike crash and repair surgery for both folks.🐬😍🐠
