When I say 'House,' I really mean Pool. Welcome to new and newer swimmers Kim and Hannah! So fun to have so many folks satisfy their swimmn' jones with us!

Today's swim at dawn was Breaststroke and Butterfly oriented. Plenty of transitions between the two and a nice opportunity to feel the similarities of both strokes.  Come learn the language of a swim workout and get a better feel for your body in motion.
