As difficult as it is to GET IN THE WATER, and as most every swimmer knows that's often THE hardest part of a workout, there is something about swimming outdoors as dawn breaks.  It's just magical.. inspiring... so glad you did it, EVERY TIME.

Monday we began our morning swims outdoors at the Jewish Community Center on Charlotte St. downtown, the only 25 meter pool in the area (to my knowledge) the water temp was a perfect 77F, and we had 15 folks enjoying the sunrise. Lisa K., Kathy from Charlotte and Adrienne K., post race glow! Rocked it with very little current assist this year... Wah wah wah...😀 Adrienne was 3rd in age group swimming butterfly, Lisa was 15th and we wanna see the underwater / under bridge pics!  Well done Chicas!!
