As difficult as it is to GET IN THE WATER, and as most every swimmer knows that's often THE hardest part of a workout, there is something about swimming outdoors as dawn breaks. It's just magical.. inspiring... so glad you did it, EVERY TIME.

Update on Low Country Splash
Lisa K., Kathy from Charlotte and Adrienne K., post race glow! Rocked it with very little current assist this year... Wah wah wah...😀 Adrienne was 3rd in age group swimming butterfly, Lisa was 15th and we wanna see the underwater / under bridge pics! Well done Chicas!!
