What at a great workout with some old geezers, young bucks and lots of whuppin happening ... A couple more weeks and we'll head outside to the Jewish Community Center on Charlotte St  downtown...

Although it was beautiful outside this morning, we had doors open and all that fresh air  to enjoy as Nancy N., Renee M., Greg P. and I all shared water time at AS.

We had head coach of swimming at UNCA, Elizabeth Lykins as GUEST COACH today, and visitor Dave Bright from Maine! What a great way to start the day🐬🌞 And, here is today's batch of well cooked 200's...thanks, Coach Lykins!!

When you're 4~wide in the lanes, that's just how it goes now and then. And what a great thing that is...we had 22 swimmers thrashing through this little workout. Welcome visiting Truckee swimmer and returning recent college grad youngn' ! And the record of discomfort:
