I love this month in THIS town! Truly, if there is one repeating pattern that has provided a template for hundreds of THOUSANDS of yards, it’s this simple round. The possibilities are infinite. Adjust and vary at your leisure!

I’ll take mid 70° days and bright sun any day in January -February -March that Asheville throws at me. I love this town and weather. Enjoy this fun but challenging work out.
