This was a 3-mile ocean swim in 53-59F water and 15 miles of running over islands all in small doses! Congratulations, Bill!
Mix salt water and a chaffing wetsuit on your neck…breathe for 3 miles of ocean swimming in between islands with a ‘wicked pissa’ of a cross current and you get this. And glory!🐲
