Congratulations to Jocelyn Robinson who participated in her first swimming meet in 47 years last weekend in Charlotte!
The 46th-annual short course Sun Belt Classic in Charlotte was the meet, and Jocelyn reports: “Done! No equipment failures or false starts!”
She was second place in the 100 and 200 Freestyle (1:19.6 and 2:57.0), third place in the 50 Free (36.4) and fourth place in 100 IM (1:35.5).
As the lone representative for Asheville Masters swimming she scored 20 points for the team!
Here are grandchildren Frankie and Brooks cheering Grandma on while she swims the 200 yard Freestyle…
Well done, Jocelyn.
Wow, that’s awesome Jocelyn!
