We’ve got one more week at the city of Asheville RecPark Pool! Tuesday and Thursday, I open the gates at 5:50am and we swim until 7:15am
If you want to dive in on Monday Wednesday or Friday at the TCRoberson HS pool for uncoached time, hours remain the same for now, 6 AM to 8 AM and 11 AM to 1 PM. Here’s a work out for that:
