The water at Asheville School was warming today, should be fine in the morning for normal Friday swim at regular time of 5:45am, we’ll stay until 730 if you’d care to come just a little later it’s okay. Sunday the 26th will be at regular time 7- 8:30am.
Many many workouts completed since early December for you to peruse. You’re always welcome to print these and hold onto them and use later, when you travel, Or-as stocking stuffers! Y’all enjoy a little downtime with a Merry Christmas and happy holidays reboot. I appreciate each of you and am grateful to coach and swim with such wonderful folks!
