Let’s start off Day 2 of your new year with a big swim on Sunday morning, 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM! The Science definitely recommends bringing a water bottle with you to practice, and even a Clif Bar or similar, especially when we go a little more than usual, even for old schoolers! Hydration cannot be overlooked during your workout🐠🤛🏼🐬👍🏽🐡🌞🐙
Then let’s head to Home Ground in West Asheville for a delicious breakfast, if you’re comfortable with that!
