Tomorrow, we begin our Tuesday open water workouts at the City of Asheville's RecPark pool! Please check calendar and facilities llink if you've not yet been to this 50meter pool. For the next three weeks, come swim Mon-Sat at the CCA! 5:45am weekdays, 7am on Saturday. BUT, MONDAY, MEMORIAL DAY IS 7a-9a !!! Andrew coaches on Tuesday and FRIDAY (that's different!) and Claire dishes out technique on Wednesday! No coach on Monday or Thursday.
