Sunday~Monday Swims

Here are both workouts from yesterday and this morning. Notice the similar warm up, as a handful of Asheville Masters swimmers prepare for the USMS Spring Nationals in Greensboro this weekend. From our workout group we know that Jill Hart, Adrienne Kramer, Greg Denton, Jeff Owen and Yours Truly all are headed there. Other friends of AMS also going are Mitch Mitchell, Ann Sims, Debbie Wilson and Bill Pillmore! There are likely more, so, if I’ve missed you please let me know!
