Several factors affect our ability to swim at Lake Summit and there is no swimming there this weekend, May 30-31.
We hope to be down there at least once each week as often as we can but this weekend is not one of them and access varies depending on guests of the owner and their usage.
Thank you for not show up on your own unless you have another contact at lake and you’re using their private residence🤛🏼🐬
But, If you want to venture to Hendersonville, the 50-meter Patton Pool is open now and hours are Monday – Saturdays, 9am to 11am.
8 lap lanes available, no more than 2 people per lane. $4 entry fee. After 11am just 2-3 lanes available. 30 minute max if there are other people waiting. If you go swim there and get in, let me know how it goes!
Please look for a blog post/email from our website regarding returning to the Asheville School pool, the protocols that will be in place, the timeslots available and a sign-up sheet for our sessions. We will be limited to 12 swimmers per one hour session but for now we will offer two sessions each M/W/F.
We are shooting for a Monday, June 8 start date, if it’s any sooner we will definitely let you know.
