We had head coach of swimming at UNCA, Elizabeth Lykins as GUEST COACH today, and visitor Dave Bright from Maine! What a great way to start the day🐬🌞 And, here is today's batch of well cooked 200's...thanks, Coach Lykins!!

When you're 4~wide in the lanes, that's just how it goes now and then. And what a great thing that is...we had 22 swimmers thrashing through this little workout. Welcome visiting Truckee swimmer and returning recent college grad youngn' ! And the record of discomfort:
