:20 seconds rest between warm up items. Put all 50s on an interval that you set that gives you :15 seconds rest on the first two, then -10 from that for the last four. :20-:30 rest between 200s.

If you need a swim on Wednesday or Friday, the TC Roberson pool is currently open for business at the regularly scheduled 6-8 AM and 11 AM — 1 PM times. Here’s that work out again for sure course:

Power surge knocked the pumps out last night, they need eight hours of circulation prior to public accessing pool again, no swim at lunchtime today. See you tomorrow at rec park pool
